Burger and Beer Brunch

Flippin’ Burgers, at Observatoriegatan 8, opens at 11:00 am Fridays and noon on weekends (they’re also open in the evening on other days, just not early enough to call it brunch).  They serve a variety of burgers, most of which can also be ordered vegetarian or vegan, fries, milkshakes, and craft beer.

It’s worth noting that none of these places take reservations and we have had to wait for tables at all four of them, but in all cases, it’s worth it!  So, plan for brunch to take some extra time if you visit at peak hours on a weekend, or try to go earlier or later or on a weekday instead if you can.
